Westwood Capital Services, Inc. (WCS) specializes in agricultural real estate loans for purchase, refinance or development of farm and agribusiness properties in the western United States. Other services include consulting (consulting services include financial management assistance, preparation and review of annual operating budgets and other bank required forms for operating loans), real estate brokerage and commercial loans. The President, Dennis Sexton, has been in agricultural lending since 1987 and has operated his own company since 1998. He began origination Farmer Mac type loans in 1990 through Prudential Ag Investments. Mr. Sexton also currently works as the controller for two citrus farming operations.

WCS has established relationships with nationwide agricultural lenders that provide a variety of loan programs and terms to meet your needs. Once the loan is funded, WCS services the loan for the lender and remains your local contact for any questions or problems you may have.

WCS has correspondent agreements and contracts with multiple companies, and has developed relationship with various other local banks and lending institutions.
